Puffin Arcade is an entertaining family of 12 bitmapped fonts based on the most heavy weight of Puffin Display Soft. Each style has a different design theme, from Dither, the overlapping Nerf style, via Liquid, Warp or Wipe, Yoko or Tate, to Level or Foozle variants.
All individual styles except Foozle can be layered on top of each other for extra effect, basically begging to be used in blinking, flashing and running multi-colour animations. But if you must, you can rein the flock in again and combine it with the calmer Puffin and Puffin Display.
Puffin Arcade is designed with Python help by Frederik Berlaen.
A delightfully charming type specimen designed by Pieter van Rosmalen is available for order in the products section.
